    Per-client probability of non-renewal in the next 90 days, surfaced alongside MRR and gross margin. Designed to drive QBR prep and renewal conversations.

    Public API + webhook v2

    A first-class REST API with documented OpenAPI spec, granular OAuth scopes, and webhook delivery with retry semantics. Designed for vCIO portals and custom MSP integrations.

  • Platform

    Project-and-deliverable templates marketplace

    Reusable, sharable templates for Microsoft 365 migration, firewall replacement, new-employee onboarding, vCIO QBR. MSPs can publish templates to the marketplace.

  • Compliance

    ISO 27001 scoping

    Scoping work for ISO 27001 certification, targeting 2027 with a phased control mapping that runs in parallel with the existing SOC 2 program.
