Capabilities
REST API
First-class JSON-over-HTTPS surface for clients, contacts, agreements, tickets, time entries, and invoices. Cursor-based pagination, RFC 9457 error responses, and a published OpenAPI 3.1 spec.
Webhooks v2
Real-time event delivery with exponential-backoff retry, signed payloads (HMAC-SHA256), and idempotency keys. Subscribe per-resource and per-event-type.
OAuth 2.0 scopes
Granular scope model — read vs write per resource, plus admin and billing scopes. PKCE-only auth code flow for first-party apps; client credentials for server-to-server.
Rate-limit transparency
X-RateLimit-Remaining / X-RateLimit-Reset headers on every response. Per-org quotas, generous defaults, configurable on Scale.

Custom intake automations

Bi-directional RMM sync
Connect Datto, NinjaOne, Atera, Kaseya — auto-create tickets from RMM alerts and resolve them when the underlying issue clears.
